At French Bonkers, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly. That's why we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Our return and exchange policy allows you to return or exchange any item within 15 days of purchase. Whether you changed your mind, received the wrong size, or simply aren't satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered.

A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 150 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Contact our customer support team by call or whatsapp at +91 97235 97245 or help@frenchbonkers.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide them with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons or if they have been personalized or customized.
