Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process:

If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to initiate a refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team at help@frenchbonkers.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  4. If your refund request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label..
  5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria.
  6. If the item is approved for a refund, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  7. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  8. If you have done cash on delivery, you need to provide us your bank account no., bank name and IFSC code. We will refund your amount via NEFT or IMPS.
